Interim Brand Strategist
In addition to account management and operations, I love to sink my teeth into brand strategy. The Brownstein Group, a Philadelphia agency, is well known for their brand strategy work as well as their PR and advertising chops.
Recently I was fortunate enough to act as a temporary Brand Strategist at Brownstein. I helped develop and deliver focus group designs, robust brand strategy presentations, marketing calendars and creative briefs.
Every company needs an Ali on stand-by. When Ali joined Brand Strategy, the team was in need of someone with the expertise and experience that would allow them to jump right in and help us during a really busy period with projects that required a lot of smart thinking. Ali seamlessly integrated with the team from day one and was so dedicated not only to the projects and clients, but also to Brownstein Group. She lent operational expertise to the team and provided feedback on our processes and deliverables that helped us run more efficiently. Ali was also impeccable with our clients – very responsive, super professional, and completely at ease.
In just three months, Ali developed a full LinkedIn sales strategy; she created a focus group design and conducted the focus groups on site at a world renown cultural institution; she created a robust deck of research findings and analyses; a full 12-month marketing plan; and, she wrote an extensive creative brief. She completed all of this work with very little direction and little oversight. And, at the same time, was proactive in scheduling weekly check-ins to ensure that all projects were moving in the right direction.
Ali was a lifeline for my team this summer. It’s not often you meet a consultant who you completely trust with your clients and projects right from the start. I hope for a major influx of work again sometime soon so I can bring Ali back on to help us make it through – and – with Ali on your team, you come out on the other side stronger and better.
