Brand Campaign Development and Execution

Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania (BBBS SEPA) is celebrating their centennial year. This impressive milestone provides a platform for generating brand awareness, meeting fundraising goals, increasing matches and re-engaging the BBBS SEPA community – ultimately establishing what BBBS SEPA stands for in the coming century!

Public relations, community relations, marketing initiatives and events, coupled with board and corporate partner involvement, must be leveraged in order to make the Centennial Celebration a success. I was asked to work with all parties to identify gaps and develop a campaign strategy to help BBBS SEPA connect with the community. I was also asked to help orchestrate all the moving parts of this huge milestone.

“Ali was brought on board as a consultant to help manage our marketing & communications plan for the Agency’s 100-year anniversary. She was instrumental in developing a strategic approach centered around telling our story to a wide range of target audiences. One of the benefits of working with Ali is that she brings a wide range of experience, knowledge and resources to the table. She won over our executive management team and board members by executing quickly and professionally.

Quite simply, she is excellent at working within a fast-paced environment and identifying all that is needed to get things done. We ended up extending her time with us because of the exceptional work she has accomplished. We now have a successful integrated marketing/media plan that she played a very large role in implementing.”
